How we handle your information.
Youva Milano is a small community project based in Milan. We try to collect as little as possible. This page explains what actually happens when you use this site.
What this site stores
We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not store a database of visitors. There are no forms on this site that save your name, email, or other personal details.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for a short period, for security and uptime purposes. These logs are not used for profiling or marketing.
Joining the community
The “Join” button opens an invitation to our WhatsApp community. When you follow that link, WhatsApp and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd process your data under their own privacy policy. We do not receive, export, or store your phone number on this site.
Inside the community, our hosts see the same information WhatsApp shows any group member (your display name, profile photo, and messages you choose to share). You can leave at any time.
Photos and events
Photos on this site are shared with consent from the people in them. If you recognise yourself in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Because we store almost nothing, most requests will simply confirm that. To reach us, write to hello@youvaspace.com.
